Welcome to the Salcombe Chocolate Academy

We offer a number of chocolate courses for budding chocolatiers, a licensed café for those who want to relax, and a retail shop selling all of our delicious chocolates and truffles.
 
Our ethos is what makes us stand out from any other chocolate makers - only the highest quality ingredients are used, all of which are sourced locally wherever possible, and our delicious chocolate flavor is developed using 70% cacao, sourced from Fair Trade accredited providers.
